  ⭐️ 1 Star – Do NOT recommend Our experience with Camping World was extremely frustrating and felt very untrustworthy from start to finish. We drove nearly 3 hours to get there (normally still 1 hour and 45 minutes without traffic) to purchase a camper since my boyfriend will be gone for months at a time, only to be completely given the runaround. We were there from about 3–6 PM and spent that entire time being led to believe everything was good to go. Before even looking at anything, we clearly discussed our needs and budget. They ran both my credit and my boyfriend’s, then told us we qualified and showed us three options that fit. We chose one, completed all of the paperwork, put down a deposit, and were even given a pickup time for the next morning. They told us the unit was marked “sold” and being cleaned and prepped for us. After hours of waiting for the finance manager (who never even came out), we were suddenly told there was an issue and that a co-signer was required — something that was never mentioned at any point prior. We explained we did not have a co-signer, and they said they would “see what they could do” and call us the next day. The next day turned into more delays and excuses — first “wait until noon,” then they needed more time. At that point, we requested a refund, which wasn’t even processed until the following day. Nothing about this process added up. We were asked to put money down before financing was finalized, which is not standard practice when buying a vehicle or home. The entire situation felt misleading and dishonest. After driving that far, spending hours there, and being told everything was approved — just to have it fall apart the next day — was beyond frustrating. I would not trust this dealership and would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

  The sales staff was very nice and friendly. We just went to look and compare prices , but instead of ǰust being able to just look, we felt preßsured in to buying. We are not ready to purchase just yet, but soon.

  Very helpful! Answered all questions and very professional both on the phone and in person. Everyone that I met was very knowledgeable and helpful. The location gave a friendly atmosphere and you could tell right away that it would be a great experience.

  Helpful and courteous. Haley was super knowledgeable and helpful. She really knew her stuff! She made the long trip to Calera worth the drive and followed up with us diligently. I highly recommend her if you’re going in! I don’t feel I can give a five star since I have zero interactions with the service department.
