Why are you doing this to customers? I will be notifying the BBB. We definitely will be taking our business elsewhere. This is price gouging your customers. Oil is way down. How is it that you sleep at night doing this to your customers?!

I checked level and it was about a quart high. By time I made it back to them to complain, they stated it was low. Yeah,it is low now,leaking from top head gasket caused that!! DONOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!!!!
