  First visit to Mavis. Cody & his team were exceptional to do business with. One of my new tires continually showed low air pressure after multiple attempts to add air. Cody found the issue and fixed the problem. They will be my new go-to for tire & brake issues.

  Very good tire shop, and definitely honest about the work they do. Had a set of tires that we're cupping and couldn't be balanced. Instead of trying to balanced them and sending me on my way....pockets lighter....they told me they couldn't be balanced and save me a buck or two. Would used them again in the future....honesty is the new gold!

  My wife was in yesterday after she ran over a screw and punctured a tire. Everyone was friendly, professional and fast. They got her in, plugged the tire and she was out of there in less than 15 minutes. We have used them before and will use them again.

  Would give zero stars if possible. I took my car here due to it riding funny and check engine like coming on as I normally use the one on 280 for routine maintenance. I was told that I had a misfire that was the issue and I just would need a tune up. Typical spark plugs a few coils ok no big deal. These guys quoted me 3k for this service. After I said no way he said wait I can try to get it down some for u then comes down to 2400. Now I’m no mechanic but that’s almost unheard of for a tune up. I went and had my car towed from them. When I arrived to pick it up they had my car in the bay with the hood up ( keep in mind this is 3 days after quote). This seemed odd as I never gave them an ok to do repairs. Anyway tow truck showed up and got my car. I asked for a print out of the estimate and the codes it was displaying. There was only one code but mechanic tried to tell me he cleared the others 🤔 why I have no clue. He gives me the estimate I leave. I get my car looked at elsewhere and their quote was way way lower. In fact they themselves said these guys were up charging me for things I didn’t necessarily need and the parts prices were strangely high. I looked up exact said parts and they were extremely cheaper than quoted literally over 3 times cheaper and then they were charging me 5hrs of labor on a 45min job. Now I understand you have to pay and increased price for convenience but this was insane. The new mechanic did the job and actually said I only need one coil but replaced all 6 and I still paid less than 1k. They quoted me for one coil $227 at Mavis but I couldn’t find the exact one online anywhere for more than $100 and then they were determined that I had to change all 6 and not just the one that was burned out. These guys are scam artist and are ripping people off of their hard earned money. Will never use them again and urge anyone else that goes here to check ask questions and look things up yourselves before getting scammed. My car is running better than ever for $700 vs 3k. Save yourself lots of money and go elsewhere. Won’t even be back for an oil change
