Chris took the time to connect with me personally, listened to my situation, and immediately made my safety his top priority. He didn’t just rush through a quick fix—he genuinely cared about me getting back on the road safely. He even took a few extra minutes to share some thoughtful advice that could very well prevent a much more serious issue down the road. In the middle of a hectic morning, he treated me like I was his only customer. I’m so grateful for Chris and the entire team at this location. It’s rare to find people who put a customer’s well-being and peace of mind first, even when they’re swamped.
