  Brett and the staff were great! They were all professional, knowledgeable, and customer service was 10/10! Great pricing and honest! I’ll definitely be back for future service! Let’s support this new business and keep them on the Eastside of Birmingham…we need more businesses like this!!

  I realized on Sunday that I had a damaged tire on my trailer that was supposed to go out 5:00am the next morning. In my immediate area no one was open, understaffed or didn’t have the tire I needed. I went to the new Mavis in Roebuck, the doors were wide open with a friendly helpful staff. They had the tire I needed and was installing it quickly. I was so happy with the service and the fact that they actually had the specific tire I needed. I also was able to take care of those old wiper blades I’d been putting off for so long. Beautiful new service center there. Keep up the good work! It’s always appreciated!! Thank you! Darick S.

  I usually don’t write reviews but this one has to be noted. I came on march 1 for a tire repair at 9 am and after evaluation, they decided i needed brakes. Ok cool no problem because if it’s going to keep me safe on the road, im down. The problem is not with the staff because they were pleasant. It was the service. It was an all day event (9 am to 436pm To be exact) but i was ok because i was compensated for that time. The problem came when i got on the highway on my way home to Georgia. I get all the way to the Georgia line and hear knocking and felt shaking. I was like there is no way my car doing this when i just left this place getting it fixed and spending almost 1200. Y’all!! Why I’m driving on the highway and try to get over to get off the exit to see what the knocking and shaking coming from and my car stops going on gear? So now I’m stuck in the middle of the highway with cars flying past just praying God spares me and someone stops to help me get off the highway safely. I had to have my car towed to the nearest Mavis in Georgia for me to go get it handled the next day. I called the manager of the latest location the next day to explain what happened to my car . I can admit he was very apologetic but that’s all he was able to offer me soooo i went up the chain of command to corporate because this could have been a tragic situation if it wasn’t for God on my side. Do you know corporate only offered a 25 dollar gift card to return to Mavis for my incident?!? 25 dollars after spending 1200 dollars and a shift at the dealership?!? Needless to say, i will not be using the gift card or returning to any Mavis location. Again, the staff is nice but when it comes to May safety, I’m not concerned about the niceness. I didn’t even mention the crazy event i witness when i first walked into the store for services. Sheesh . I just pray they get it together because fixing on ppl cars is a serious matter and needs to be throughly done . I’m only leaving the 2 stars because they were polite .

  Brett , Marcus and the crew did a fantastic job . Told me the pros and cons and make sure I’m aware of everything including the price , timing and what I need done . No pressuring and they made it easy for me to understand since I have very small knowledge on cars and servicing . I felt safe and comfortable trusting Mavis Tire and Brakes to do my car services ! I will return permanently for all my car needs . Way better than Express oil change and definitely was very professional a fast . Thanks again !!!
