  Wow, just wow. There's no other words for the work and professionalism of this place. My car was hit by a tree branch causing a large dent above the front passenger door and several scratches on both passenger doors. These folks did an amazing job fixing my car in only a week and a half. To say I'm happy is an understatement. I would highly recommend this place.

  Great work. They had to manage a supply-chain /logistics issues that manufacturers could not get to J.Hudson. Work is great.

  The staff is fantastic; the workmanship was terrific, couldn't be happier. My husband's Honda was in for a repair but they listened to me re: advice and help on a cosmetic issue with my Lexus. They didn't have to do that but they were patient, incredibly friendly and helpful. The administrative person (so sorry, I forgot your name!) who greets and guides you through is smart and considerate. Love this place. Hate wrecks. Love JH.

  Went in for an estimate on very minor damage to a 1994 Chevy Blazer. This truck recently had a new paint job, but not by Joe Hudson's collision. The area of Hoover I live in has parking on the side of the road. Most people park close to be courteous and allow all those who want to park in the street room to. So I was upset but not surprised when I saw that someone had backed into my front bumper. Although the damage was minimal I wanted it fixed. I went to Joe Hudson's for an estimate. When the estimator first came outside he acted like he didn't want to work on my truck. Said that parts would be too hard to get for it. I explained it all the parts on the front were new and I had just recently ordered them online. He continued to make excuses, and never referred me even after I asked him to direct me to another shop. He wrote down the parts needed and told me he called me in a few days. I called him back a few days later after not receiving a call from him, and he told me he was still working on the estimate. Now it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard from this guy. If he would have given me the name I would have went to another shop. These are pictures of my truck it's not a junkbox . What gives?
