I came in looking for a car but since it was spring break they had no cars that weren’t booked out already so he told me about the U-Haul right down the road and that they had the best chance of having a vehicle for me to take home and since I didn’t have a ride he called someone up to take me over there! Even though I wasn’t able to do business with his company, he still helped me every step of the way. Enterprise got a good one, he’s a great look for the company!

Very nice attendant on 3/5 but terrible agent on 3/11. He was very arrogant and dismissive. Gave me receipts after I had to keep asking specific questions in order to get it.

How about you call me and let know that you don't have a car?? No. He waits and tells me that in person. So stupid. Will never ever rent from here . Totally unreliable and unprofessional.
