  Awesome customer service throughout my entire process from pickup date to return date. Blake was truly amazing and had a welcoming smile upon coming into the store and was communicative throughout the process as well! If you have to rent make sure Blake is the man you talk too!

  The store at Inverness on Highway 280 in Birmingham Alabama was the most incredible crew I've ever dealt with and the manager Blake went out of his way to help me make sure that I was taken care of even when I sometimes had to send the payment in late. I had a car that was being remodeled because of an accident and they took over 6 months to get it done so I paid Enterprise Rent-A-Car out of my pocket over $10,000 which I could have bought another car in that time frame which in the future I think that's definitely a better option however the bottom line is that the crew that Blake has there in Inverness or top-notch and you honestly should give them all the bonus or even a raise in my opinion. My name is Troy Tabor and I've been a real estate agent for 27 years in Birmingham and service and going Beyond what your rare job is is unbelievable and hard to find in most people these days.   Maybe don't allow people to reserve a car over a month in advance for a specific time/day if you aren't going to have a SINGLE car available at the time given (or even 2 hours afterwards). Just a thought. And then can't give a semi-accurate time as to when you would get a car in. I don't see myself renting a car here again. Can't rely on them to actually be a reliable business.
