  Made arrangements on the phone with rep, was expecting a car on the agreed date, received a call first thing in the morning to inform me that they didn’t have a car for me , no explanation why, just sorry, we don’t have any car to rent you, very disappointing.

  I made reservations at 12 today. I received the email stating that I have reservations at 12 to pick up the car just so they can tell me, there is no car available and if you take a seat we can check who else is bringing cars in and you will be first. Why say a car is available if it’s not? I only booked my trip because theu said they will have a FREAKING car available. Other than pretty good experience when everything goes smoothly. Staff is very nice as well.

  Not happy with customer service. We were accused of damaging the vehicle that had the damage already on it and they tried to file a claim against us. Luckily our enterprise rental location near our home took care of it for us and there were no further issues.

  Durante at Enterprise truly went above and beyond to help me. He made sure I was taken care of and got me into a vehicle even after another location dropped the ball on their customer service. On top of that, he stepped up and gave me a discounted rate to make up for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated. What impressed me the most was how calm and professional he remained while handling not just my situation but also dealing with two very difficult customers at the same time. He never lost his composure and continued to treat everyone with patience and respect. It’s rare to see that level of professionalism and customer care. Durante turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. Enterprise is lucky to have him!

  I had a great experience this morning thanks to CJ. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. He made the whole rental process smooth and easy. What really stood out was that it was early and a bit last minute on my end, but he didn’t hesitate at all. He stepped right in, stayed patient, and made sure everything was taken care of without making it feel rushed or complicated. That kind of professionalism and willingness to help really goes a long way.If you’re stopping by this location, don’t hesitate to ask for Cj.
