- DDDante2 days ago5.0Thomas’s customer service in making sure I got everything I needed for my truck was great, and getting it all in shop took no time at all. Also, him and his team took great care of my truck leaving it overnight. I got a pair of Alpine subs installed in a 2025 Ram and it couldn’t have been a cleaner installation. Everything sounds great and I look forward to working with Thomas and everyone else again.

The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different tint options so I could choose what worked best for my car. The installation was done quickly and the quality of the work is excellent. The tint looks perfect—no bubbles, clean edges, and it really improved both the look of the car and the heat reduction inside. You can tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to the details. Customer service was top-notch and the shop was clean and well run. I would definitely recommend Tint World to anyone looking to get their windows tinted or any other vehicle upgrades.

He got right on it and explained other recommendations to me with no pressure for me to buy anything extra. The waiting area was super clean and comfy making it easy as I had my two toddlers with me. They showed nothing but kindness. The finished product of my tint was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be visiting this place again. And ask for Jospeh he was very knowledgeable and professional!

He kept talking to a customer. The issue I have is he never even looked my way like I didn’t matter to him. Well they missed about 2500 because I wanted the retint with the best package door speakers upgraded and the led light add on. But I will definitely take my business elsewhere being a black female. I guess my money wasn’t good enough and I see why it was empty in there . POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE This Business Doesn’t Belong on 280. You Can’t Treat Customers Like 💩 Saying your top priority is customer service but yet customers walk into the store and your employee doesn't acknowledge them shows me differently. I will never darken your door and I will definitely tell all my family and friends not too either.
- NCNiki CoxFeb 20, 20261.0Brought my brand new vehicle (2026, less then 700 miles/2 weeks old, perfect condition) for window tint and front windshield strip. Car was returned with scratches in the center console and a terrible rattle coming from the front dash board area. Spending over $500 in tint I expected a detail oriented job. Now I have to drop my vehicle off at the dealership and lose a day of work for them fix an issue that was not happening prior to bringing my car to Tint World. Update- Received a call from Justin. Was dismissed after I stated I wasn't comfortable with Tint World inspecting and attempting to repair my rattling dash and doors? I never even stated anything was wrong with my doors. He ended up hanging up on me as I was talking. 10/10.
