I was awakened at a little after 9 pm by security pounding on the side of my truck. I went to the window and he asked if I had my reserved parking receipt. I said this is not a reserved spot, they start right next to me. No apology, he just verified by looking on the ground in front of my truck and walked off. I was furious 😡 smh
- MKMutitikabiru KDec 20, 20251.0It's Dec19 at 10pm I have been turned away because they have no showers available and all of them are dirty reason is as informed by one of the night crew is that"the one who cleans shower is gone"she shouted.Yet outside the loud speaker is announcing that'drivers there is no wait for a shower park your truck and come inside and get a warm shower " Crew on this 10pm shift need to be professional and get the place going these ladies need to join unemployment line because one was rude and unprofessional one would suggest she needed a shower too.So drivers who want to get the so called warm shower need to check in first or you will be disappointed like am right now I just finished my 10 hr break and had paid for parking now I have to drive like this or wait till 6am for them to clean showers. Management need to look out for this lazy night shift crew member who are milking out PILOT and are not working just walking around bitching about work.
