I was here yesterday looking to exchange my rental because the wind and road noise it let in was causing me headaches. They demanded to test the car, and declared it quiet after a couple of turns in the parking lot. Not sure how that translates to hours on the interstate. I wanted a quiet ride, so I rented premium, but got mid-size instead. The National I knew would have no problems offering me a premium vehicle as I was already paying for it, but here they offered a Mitsubishi Mirage instead. National has a lot of great people, but don’t come to this location expecting great customer service. Like me, you could be patronized and mocked
