- PPPrestonMar 12, 20261.0Billed me for over a year for two accounts when they replaced a sticker that never worked from the beginning. I only have one car. Was told I had 2 accounts and then told them to cancel 1 and it didn’t go through until I sat on hold for corporate for 45 minutes to verify the account wasn't closed and they had never canceled the FRADULENT account after asking them to.

I first came to this location in December and had to turn around after they didn’t answer the phones because they left someone else’s keys in my car. Caring about someone else’s car I drove 30 minutes back to return the key in rush hour traffic. When I returned they all seemed shocked and just took the key. I returned yesterday since December to find that I have to pay $20 for interior cleaning although I have a membership. Never knew that there were additional cost so I got the wash paid the money and asked that they cancel the membership. I then discover they kept my car mats! All of them. So I call all night and day today to drive again 30 minutes to be told they don’t have them. I asked for cameras to be checked and the guy never came back out. I was asked to exit the area were they were taking cars and pull around. After 30 minutes I left. If you don’t want to be overcharged and property stolen it will be ideal for you not to go to this location.
