I’m honestly so confused on why I’m paying 46$ for an exterior and interior clean when it’s no where near clean in the inside ? Then when you pull In to pay they ask do you want to tip before they even get done with the service ? That’s ridiculous to me to give someone a tip before I see results and it’s very inconsiderate as well because it makes it look like you’re not going to clean it well if you’re not tipped . I won’t ever come back here again I feel like I was scammed !

We asked for both interior and exterior service. Since it had been a while and it seemed like the packages might have changed, I started asking questions, like what was included, whether interior and exterior were combined, and what the membership covers. The man checking me out barely acknowledged me. He kept looking away and walking off instead of answering my questions. When I tried to get his attention again, he interrupted me to ask what scent I wanted. I answered, but as soon as I continued with my questions, he just turned the screen toward me and told me to swipe my card. After that, he immediately asked for a tip despite giving me no service or answers. I had planned to tip in cash, but when I told him that, he turned away and walked off again without saying anything. I left the counter not even knowing what I had paid for. I don’t mind if services or policies have changed, I just wanted clarification, which I don’t think is unreasonable. What bothered me was being ignored and dismissed. This experience was completely different from my first visit and honestly very frustrating.
