Showed up at 2 and they told me “we only have one lift for trucks and there’s three guys ahead of you so it’s gonna be a while” I told them to call me when they started working on the guys truck before me which didn’t happen for about an hour and 45 mins later. Drove back and spent another 2 hours sitting there while their “technicians” attempted mounting this guys tires. 6:00pm before they even pulled my truck in the bay. After seeing how they handled the other guys truck I lost confidence and figured it would take them another 2 hours to mount mine and it would be 8pm and I’d have 4 halfway balanced tires. That crew of “technicians” is gonna tank them if they don’t get something figured out.

I called about getting new tires and was told that I would be in and out quickly. They did not have the tires that I originally wanted so I settled for another set and was assured that they had all 4. The website said otherwise, so I wanted to confirm if they had them or not. I took the associates word that they had all 4 tires and after waiting over 3 hours I was told that they in fact did not have all 4 tires and they had to call around to other stores to see if anyone had one available. I felt like I was lied to just to get me into the store. I opted to skip the alignment because 4 hours is long enough of a wait. On the way home I realized that my tire pressure sensors were not working properly anymore. They really don’t have a clue what they are doing. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere to get the sensor issue fixed so they don’t screw anything else up. Needless to say I won’t be back. Please don’t waste your time with this place.
