They were unable to do an alignment after doing front end parts because the tires were “too big.” I brought my truck to a different shop for the alingment and they noticed none of what Mavis had previously done was tightened down to spec and I am now having to pay more for labor because of what Mavis didn’t do the first time. Daniel and Kendall both were very nice and informative people. I tried to get money back for the labor I’m paying at a different shop to fix their mistake. But they refused and said to let them fix their own mistake. There should be no mistake in the first place and the technicians should be tightening everything down the first time.

Young lady (Jaquetia) welcome me into their store, provided me with a seat, and explain to me what's going to happen. Shortly my car was diagnosed, followed by a show and tell of my braking issues. Will recommend this location everyone because of their great customer service.
