- KNKatie Nye2 days ago5.0Absolutely wonderful customer service! My daughter has had an absolute day. She came back to Atlanta on 3/11, only to miss her flight and have her next flight delayed until 5:20 am, woke up after sleeping on the airport floor to that flight being cancelled. She finally got to Birmingham only to find her tire with a nail in it. She broke down crying because of the stress. She was able to find this Mavis location, where they got her in super quick, had her tire patched and sent on her way free of charge. This all happened in under an hour. Angela was absolutely awesome, really nice and friendly. After the day my daughter has had, if this nail was going to happen anywhere, I’m glad it happened near this shop, Mavis has now gained a new customer for life.

Steven got me in, assessed the problem, fixed the problem from a nail in my tire, and Had me on my way in 30 minutes. Awesome, quick and kind service, so I could get home to my family safely. I paid absolutely nothing! It was covered with my warranty!

When i asked why, I got the same excuse as last time as to why the same process took so long when I had an appointment. Basically, it is always their system's fault that they are behind, not them. I asked what the point of making an appointment was and the answer was essentially that there was no point and that they are so sorry for the inconvenience. Same excuses as the first time I went to this location, thanks but no thanks
