- BMBlake MasonFeb 6, 20263.0My insurance company had recommended me to use them but said I had to call since “it’s not going to let you through the app since your vehicle is listed as non drivable” but then the Joe Hudson people said “you have to do it through the app” so I emailed the email address on the site (only a few hours ago granted) that way I could include what my insurance told me but I haven’t gotten a response and I have no idea what to do :( the only repair places my insurance sent me is Joe Hudson but Joe Hudson and geico seem to have incompatible systems or at least in this instance :( apologies if this review is premature I just don’t understand why I can’t get my car fixed or why my insurance and Joe Hudson can’t cooperate in this instance. Update: I eventually emailed who I believe is the regional and got a response
