- BLBlake Lee2 days ago2.0Do not expect any common courtesy or decent customer service. The receptionist is simply Horrible and is the reason why I’ll probably not use them again. Just remember this company is an insurance grab game. Your first estimate will be 20 to 30 Percent lower than what you actually pay at the end. My first estimate was $6000 and the end bill was over $10,000.

My repair was completed sooner than expected. They worked with me so I could pay on the phone to pick up my vehicle after hours since I couldn't leave work early. 100% will use again should the need arise.
- KEkat esghMar 3, 20261.0Didn’t have a chance to do business with this location, but was highly taken aback by my calling to set up an appointment to have them possibly repair my car due to hail damage. The receptionist told me that they were only doing insurance claims….I told her I had filed one with my insurance company…receptionist asked what company was my insurer…I told her…she then said her location could not service my insurer….recommended 2 other locations. I told her thanks but wanted somewhere closer to my side of town and that I would call another business. She then reiterated the 2 other locations and that her location would not ever deal with my insurer???? Not sure what run in she had with my car insurer, but the way she handled this simple inquiry was very unprofessional…the tone was so unprofessional. Actually this company was recommended to me by Hyundai…where I brought my 2025 Hyundai. Ms. B do better/won’t put her full name out here. First impressions are lasting impressions..pleasant customer service matters. Btw..called another body shop and have an appointment set up for tomorrow.
