I had an insurance estimate in hand and wanted an inspection. I told them up front that I am interested in doing partial repairs, but would like to have it inspected in person for additional damage. After they got it scheduled and I came in, THEN they told me that they don’t do partial repairs. It needlessly wastes my time when I was up front with them- very frustrating
