  DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I hardly ever write reviews, but if I can spare someone else with having to deal with this business, I will. I took my car there in October 2024 to repair minor damage from a wreck. The car was repaired right before Thanksgiving. As I was driving in the car home for Thanksgiving with my two children on the interstate, the "repaired" pieces of my car started falling off. I had to pull off on an exit and duct tape my car back together. Following Thanksgiving, they told me they would order me new parts to repair the car again. Following that it was nothing short of a complete disaster. They never called me back, and I would have to call them every month to determine the status of my car, with reports all my pieces were on back order. Half the time, they didn't even know what pieces I needed, because they have so much turnover no one ever knows what is going on and I guess no one ever keeps notes, resulting in me having to take my car back up there multiple times. Oh and FYI, they are only open during the times most people work, ya know, Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00. Finally, after me reaching out multiple times, I get the parts in and they ordered the wrong color. After that when the appropriate color came, they were missing one final piece. They said they would call me when it came in, which they never did. I brought the car up to Joe Hudson again in December 2025 to check on the one remaining piece and it was not ordered, so they ordered it again and said they would call when it came in. Crickets. I called again to check on the piece, they said they would check and call me back, Again, no return call. I called again. The employees kept asking me what part I was missing with no idea what I was talking about. Long story short, it is March 2026 and my repair which was initially started in October 2024 is still not complete. Don't worry, they told me they ordered it and will call me when it is ready. :) If you like poor repair work and horrible customer service with a side of constant turnover where no one ever has any idea what you are talking about, definitely choose Joe Hudson. If not, take your car anywhere but Joe Hudson Collision. I will just keep hoping for the day my repair is complete!

  Beware they will over charge if you are female and older. They feel they can take advantage. They did to me. Take your car somewhere else.
