- CPC PMar 5, 20265.0Highly recommend this collision center they are professional and keep you updated via mobile updates throughout the process . My vehicle was repaired to my satisfaction, there was a couple of minor issues that needed addressing which required me to return it, a remote latch not working and the tailgate lowering damper needed be reset. They were fixed and my vehicle ready the next day. When looking for a repair facility they came came highly recommended which is why I chose them. See before and after images

However, when we went to pick up my car- the side mirror had not been fixed and someone had to take it back to fix it (was super fast but felt cheated because it was so expensive and it took 1 minute! and frustrating as I was late for work). My key is also broken- the bottom part of it is missing; it works fine but is missing a piece. Also, after driving it for almost a week it started making a terrible noise and then my husband looked and realized they had left a piece of the car or it wasn't screwed down and it had gotten into the fan. I had to take it back in and leave it for a couple hours. The manager called and said sorry once at the end of the phone call. When I went to pick up the car, nothing was said to me except handing over the key (still broken). Overall, it was a very disapointing experience and we will not be using this place again.

This amazing group of people, drove my husband home and after the repair, they delivered the car back to us. This is the second time we have used them and they were awesome the first time as well. Their customer service was beyond expectation and we play their kindness forward. We are now Joe Hudson Collision center on Valley Road in Trussville loyal!!!
