They knew me by name when I came in and when I called, they kept in contact with me through the whole process, they went above and beyond when the tow company who was towing my car to them couldn’t get it together, and they were super fast with my vehicle. Raven was especially helpful, super sweet and knowledgeable, and the brown haired gentleman (so sorry I don’t know his name, I think he’s the manager) was super nice as well. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for repairs.

I took off work for an estimate appointment made over a week ahead of time (and giving them my insurance information) and got there and they did not have what they needed and would not even see me for an estimate. They could have been pro-active to let me know what they needed to clarify before my appointment but did not. The front desk lady was rude, acted like it was my fault and clearly not interested in my business . I would not recommend Gerber.

They fixed the main damage and made me take my truck back without putting a new tonneau cover on which was included in the original repair order. Said it’d be a week. Made 3 different appointments to get it put on and was always met with an excuse on why they couldn’t put it on that day. Finally was able to drop it off to have the cover installed and after having my truck the entire day, called me and said the cover was damaged and that they’d order another. Here we are in March and I still don’t have a tonneau cover. In addition, they still haven’t fixed my tailgate from not being able to open after the repairs they did. Now I’m having to spend several hundred dollars of my own money for a canopy to protect the equipment I have to transport because of their lack of ability to get a simple tonneau cover. Be warned, find another body shop.
