  I went to them to get my oil change and they left my car with an oil leak, then refused to fix it claiming it was a common problem. But my car was not leaking oil before I took it to them

  They're great as far as oil changes but everything else I wouldn't recommend. I had a flat that was on 0 psi. I ran over something at the Walmart across the street that punctured my tire and I tried to go over to Express to be assisted. They told me they could not help until the next day sometime, I had to leave my van there overnight, no one would patch it or anything. I believe they told me this due to me coming in at 4pm and they close at 6pm. 🤷🏾‍♀️ My husband is a first responder and we have 4 kiddos who range from 18-6yro who have to go to school tomorrow and they wouldn't help us. We have only 2 cars to use. It was very disheartening and disappointing. Jiffy Lube in Trussville is awesome and wouldve done it immediately but I guess they don't have the same equipment, or manpower as them idk. I just had to leave it there overnight, hopefully tomorrow I can get it fixed and no one breaks into my car. My kids will probably have to miss school or be late because of this. Smh just very disheartening. I have a 2024 Chrysler Pacifica S and they don't come with a spare or compressor. I don't recommend buying cars without those but most vehicles are like that nowadays. The man who talked to me was very nice, I liked him, but he didn't have any solutions unfortunately. My husband and I tried for almost an hour trying to patch it ourselves right there at the establishment, no one came to help, apologize, or anything. The tire mechanic came out, watches us struggle to fix it ourselves, got coffee, and went back inside, smh so disheartening. *UPDATE: Tried to be assisted today after having to leave my van there overnight and still couldn't be assisted SMH. I will not be back, very disappointed.*

  Got my oil changed here and paid almost 100. Not being able to afford that this time i decided to buy the stuff at the auto parts store. I had 2 people try to get the drainage bolt off and couldn't do it. The whole oil pan had to be removed and it took 3 hrs to get the bolt out and the problem is instead of putting a new nut that seals the bolt they used thread seal that completely screwed me and my trying to save myself about 60 bucks. This is ridiculous and now because of them neglecting to put a simple 3 dollar part maybe on the bolt my panel that keeps dust and debris from getting in my engine broke not knowing the whole pan would have to come off didn't get a new gasket so who knows if it's gonna leak because there is just seal on my oil pan who knows if the pan needs to be replaced and my new oil and oil filter are going to be put on probably just to waste out everywhere. I promise this That everything that is missing and not correct because of express oil i do expect to be replaced at express oils expense. This is my new car and I've only had my oil changed by express oil so i know that express is responsible for this nightmare. Why would y'all do this to me? I'm so mad it's 1:37 am now in hr 5 of this nightmare. All i know is that if my car engine blows up before i can get to y'all y'all will be buying me a new car. I'm freezing and pissed off and worried that my car is screwed because of thread seal used by express oil wow. Thanks a lot
