  WOW!!! After a few hassles with other Enterprise rental branches (had a reservation but no car available), we came upon this Enterprise in Birmingham, AL. Had to switch last minute as the Jasper store could not guarantee us a car (even though we had a "reservation"). On our way from Jacksonville FL to Red Bay AL we called to confirm the new reservation had been accepted and a car was indeed guaranteed. Alexis answered the phone, assured us a car would be available, and when we arrived she immediately greeted us with a giant and warming smile and after I mentioned our name she said "Oh I talked to you earlier". Alexis was absolutely fantastic!! Having been in customer service for years I would only hope to have someone like her working for my company!! She even went above and beyond to call us the next day on our 9 hour travel back to ensure we were having no issues. Thank you for your excellent customer service, your wonderful attitude, your evident enthusiasm, and your genuine smile and wanting to help!! You were amazing and made our trip a bit more eventless.Thank you again and again!!! We hope Enterprise values you to the utmost!!   I use to be a customer at enterprise car rental. But enterprise has really neglected to do what's right. I was over charged for car rental insurance. I was lied to several times of them rectifying the problem. By right, this shouldn't have drugged on since June. If I had insurance, and you charged me $119.00 for insurance, shows very poor business management, don't you agree. What happened to enterprise ? They used to treat their customers with respect. Now, this business is obviously lack of generosity. I heard it all... ( it's in the mail, in two weeks you should have it. Don't worry, you will get it. It will be mailed to you. Some one will call you, never happened ). Shame on you . A Professional Business that has become unethical and disrespectful.

  Had a wonderful experience through this location. There was an issue (unrelated to the company) with the vehicle from the Inverness location that I originally selected. Enterprise was able to quickly locate another vehicle at this location that fit my needs exactly and made the reservation transition so smooth. Everyone was so kind to my wife and I and we felt very well taken care of. Alexis helped out so much with our return and closed this experience so positively.

  Enterprise car rental downtown Birmingham gave me a AWESOME experience with them. Their employees were GREAT!!! Kareem was awesome in recieving the vehicle I rented. He was polite and very helpful. Simone at the front desk was very polite and helpful throught entire process, from the beginning to the end. I will definitely come back and promote Enterprise Car Rental company!!!!

  This Enterprise location did not treat me like a loyal customer. I have used Eneterprise to rent a vehicle at least three different times this year, and this was the worst rental car experience I have had with them. The employee refused to take me home (Montclair Road) from this downtown location, saying that it was too far. I can stake my life on it that if I was caucasian I would not have had this issue.
