  If you come on Sunday morning to return a car please be prepared to wait for quite a while, there is no key drop and it was chaotic. I had a issue with the car and was trying to report it , but I didn't have an hour to wait on dropping it off and waiting in line to get to the counter. People being frustrated waiting just started putting keys on the counter and walking out as did i. I tried calling back over 15 times later thinking the crowd was down and I could report the issue , but they never answered. I even called customer service to report the issue with the car , but I was told they would check the car out before renting it and I didn't need to report it , I highly doubt they corrected the issue , but at this point I was like I tried. Working in management myself , a key drop box with a tag to report any mechanical issues with the car would make a lot of sense if you can't afford to staff efficiently , a simple fix for people returning cars.

  Enterprise has always been the place I go to rent a car. So when my car had to get a new engine, Enterprise was there to help me out. I appreciate them very much!

  You guys gave me a car with a disgusting and irritating smell of cigarettes. I have always enjoyed your service but this time it was horrible. I didnt use that car for 2 days and the other times it was unbearable. I had to clean it and spray vinegar to alteast use it. The incentive thy gave me was purely an insult.

  The best car rental agency in town. My MB GLE350 was ready as soon as I reached there. There were no high-pressure sales tactics nor any unnecessary words spoken by the young female agent. This made me think clearly and I took extra insurance for the whole duration of 12 days. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The return was also perfect. It took about five minutes. If there was an award for car rental companies, it should go to Enterprise in Old Columbiana Road, Hoover, AL

  Enterprise was wonderful to work with when I needed to rent a car for a week for work while my car was in the shop. They were professional and polite and explained the process to me, as this was my first time renting a car. The young man who picked me up from the collision center was polite and on time. The check out and return process was simple and efficient. I did have to wait a bit on the front end, but it was Monday morning and they were very busy. Not unreasonable. The return process took only a few minutes. They bring the car out to you freshly washed. The vehicle was in good condition. They send you text reminders before, during, and when it's time to return your car. And best of all, you can get an actual person on the phone to ask questions if necessary. Prices are reasonable, not the cheapest, but if you read the reviews on cheaper places, you will probably see why. I wanted good service and no hassles, and that is what Enterprise delivered.
