  I made a reservation several days ago for a pickup truck and made an appointment for 8:00 a.m. When I arrived the young lady at the counter told me they had no pickup trucks and she did not know if they would have any at all. When I asked what we could do she said she had a lobby full of customers and could not do anything. Why does Enterprise allow a customer to make a reservation for a type of vehicle and then not have that vehicle available? The employee made no effort to help me find a pickup truck and had 0 customer service skills. Lesson learned, if you need to rent particular vehicle, do not bother with Enterprise.

  Made a reservation and they said didn’t have a car available and had no solutions. There were at least 20 cars in their parking lot and I was willing to rent any kind of vehicle. I was stuck there and had to uber to another rental car place. The staff isn’t helpful and reservations don’t mean anything to them.

  I’ve had a great experience renting here. DeShawn, the manager, is professional, responsive, and always willing to help. The staff is equally wonderful friendly, attentive, and efficient. Overall, it’s a smooth and pleasant rental experience, and I would highly recommend this place!

  Long Wait and Poor Coordination Despite Scheduled Reservation I scheduled my rental reservation a week in advance through my insurance and arranged to be picked up from a local collision center at 10 a.m. I even called 30 minutes before to confirm, and was told someone would meet me there. Shortly before arrival, I received a call from an employee named Peyton asking to confirm my location, then was told the driver had been sent to the wrong collision center. I ended up waiting an hour before being picked up. The driver, Elvis, was very kind and professional. When I arrived at the Enterprise location, employees Peyton and Marshawn were the only staff on site. Peyton (who did not introduce himself) informed me I’d have to wait for vehicles to be brought from Tuscaloosa — about an hour away. Not being from the area and without a ride, I patiently waited another hour and a half. The manager came to me twice and thanked me for being so patient and I explained to him it doesn’t make things easier by being upset. As a disabled combat veteran, I make every effort to plan ahead so that my transportation needs are met. Waiting a total of 2½ hours for a car that was reserved a week in advance felt excessive and disappointing. While I appreciate the professionalism of Elvis, the coordination and communication at this branch definitely need improvement.

  I rented a car from Enterprise in Hoover, Alabama, and had a very disappointing experience. The day before returning the car, I called to ask about drop-off options, and they told me I could take an Uber and would be reimbursed if I showed the receipt. I did exactly that, but they never reimbursed me as promised — they simply lied. On top of that, the car I received wasn’t even washed properly when I picked it up. For a company that’s supposed to be known for good service, this experience was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I won’t be renting from this location again.
