  This has been an awful experience. We booked this rental with time in advance, I’m talking about at least a week. I called the location and confirmed they would have an suv the size that I booked and if not that they would upgrade us for free. I get here, and they have a couple options of vehicles bigger than what I reserved but nothing the size I reserved. He offered to put me into a smaller vehicle. I told him that I had booked this in advance and since they don’t have the size I requested that they should be giving me a free upgrade. He refused and is making us wait over an hour and an half until “one hopefully returns”. Worst experience. Do not rent here. I used to work at Enterprise and this is not the process that is followed. I would like to speak to an area manager regarding this, as this is completely unacceptable. I was speaking with the manager (Nick) the whole time as well. Abysmal. Small thing to note, but all the people at Enterprise are always dressed sharp and professional. He was the manager, and was wearing joggers and an Abercrombie shirt… This isn’t Enterprise’s expectation, and that paired with the truly terrible service was a truly absolutely awful experience. Again, I would like to hear from corporate or an area manager about this. Once they finally gave us the rental it was completely smoked out. I am going back to the branch because we are about to go on an 8 hour drive and this is unacceptable. I will add to the review after that interaction. I went back, and they didn’t have anything to swap me out. No apologies or anything. Honestly terrible

  Had a great experience! Last weekend I actually showed up after closing and Marshun happened to be there to pick up his phone charger, saw me outside and helped me get my rental even though it was after hours. We were getting ready to leave for FL the next day and I was frantic trying to figure out how I was going to get my rental, until Marshun opened the door and offered to help me. I was beyond grateful for his kindness and it was the perfect way to start our Thanksgiving trip. I will be a loyal enterprise customer from now on!
