The next morning, a representative called and said they couldn't start pickup until 11, almost 2 hrs difference between the time I reserved. The agent named Blake told me that i shouldn't believe anything the reservation agents say because they don't work at the location. Why doesn't the reservation agents have correct information about when pickup service can start for each location? I had a meeting in another city and I was scrambling to find another agency to rent a car from. I couldn't so i was waiting for the original reservation which i had not canceled. At the scheduled time, no car came nor did I receive a call. When I called Enterprise to see if someone was coming g to pick me up, Blake answered the phone and immediately put me on hold. After about 15 minutes, I hung up. I would not recommend this location.

Had sold our vehicle - left stranded. No follow-up from management despite many promises. Disappointed! I urge Enterprise to review this situation and make it right. Your brand promotes reliability and customer -first values. Unfortunately based on this experience, I cannot recommend Enterprise. To this day, no call or email after many promises to contact me.
