  I didn't go in here I just had to drive by here. But they got a lot of nice cars and if you need to rent a car I guess this is the place to go

  Great service every time. They are so friendly and smile. It makes me so comfortable from rental frustration . Also so professionally explain about rental information. Especially Blake Hoytink he always smile and so friendly and kind. Thank you so so so much for your kindness. Definitely I will recommend your rental branch with your name. Thanks I will see you again.

  I rented a car from the downtown location and ran into a few hiccups while trying to a secure a rental for the holidays to see my family in a different city/state and when all hope was lost.. Rogers (correct me if I got his name wrong) came through and got me out the door in a sweet navy blue Toyota Hybrid. I was really in my head that day just thinking about how i’m gonna say sorry to my people and right when I was about to give up he heard my concerns and understood me. He treated me like family and i’m forever grateful. I held that rental until the end of the contract and will definitely be back again. His new name is “Mr.MakeItHappen”

  For me, renting cars has always been a stressful experience. The team at Inverness / Hoover are extremely professional, thorough, prepared and thoughtful. I read some of the other reviews, and understand the frustration of not having a car when you need one. But I believe that those situations may be out of the control of the team who works here. I see a team of dedicated employees, working really hard to do the best they can with the situations they were placed in. I'm grateful they even show up for work given the attitudes of people these days. I've seen them interact with so many people, and they are the same with everyone. Pleasant and professional. It's the service and how they handle things that matter. This crew is worth five stars all the way!! They are also just so pleasant to interact with. I'm so glad I have a great place to rent cars for my work trips close by! Keep up the good work and I'll see y'all next time!

  If I could give less that 1 star I would. I went to pick up my reserved car at the scheduled time. Representative took all of my information including my payment information. Escorted me outside as though he was taking me to my car. When I got outside he told me they did not have cars available and would not have any before they closed. I could see 5 other individuals inside so I asked if they also had reservations, he said yes and they were not getting cars either. The rep did not offer to find a car at another location or any other resolution. His excuse is that this location is "corporate" heavy and they run into this problem often. So if you need a car to be guaranteed do not rent from this location.
