    I just rented a car from enterprise only to be told the payment didn’t go through. I showed them my bank statement and now I’m just out of my money and no car. I don’t recommend enterprise to anyone

    Made reservations and had reservations information to pick up a car , got there within 15min and the guy at the desk say we have none available.

    I WISH I COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR!!! I had a three day conference to attend and I went to pick up my vehicle a couple hours before my travel and I was given the most GOD AWFUL CAR I’ve ever rented in my life (see pics, no exaggeration). I was the LAUGHING STOCK of the conference I attended! This car had multiple dents, multiple scratches, NO HUBCAPS, dirty, donut tires all around, etc. Just awful! I was praying that I’d make it to my destination and back. When I asked the gentleman about the condition of the car, he acted like it was totally normal! If they could have just put the hubcaps on it and at least cleaned it up, I would have felt better! They definitely PLAYED IN MY FACE with this one! I’ll never rent from them again!
