I picked the vehicle up from how I felt afraid that the woman that rented me the car would someway maliciously make me pay the $500 and I was not financially capable of paying the money at that present moment and he went in a computer and I didn’t have to pay anything and I wanted to cry. I wanted to just thank God because that was the kindness that I needed for that day.

Alot of rental car company's have policies that either do not allow drivers under the age of 21 to rent their autos or there are additional fees that the customer must pay upfront, even though a rental car is covered under their auto insurance policy. Enterprise in Ensley allowed my 18 year old daughter to sign for & drive a white Jeep SUV that is covered under our insurance policy, the jeep has a very clean exterior, well maintained interior with no noticeable odors or stains from prior use, rides comfortably, drives great, stocked with all of the latest tech.
