I was so very impressed after having been told by your competitor at Hertz that it would be at least an hour before I could be given the car, even though I had a reservation for a specific time. Alfonso G performed his job with excellence and had me on the road quickly! With no reservation! I will never rent a car elsewhere!!

They also gave me the run around on redeeming my hilton honor points with them, they ended up not honoring them at least I thought because no one would help me. I ended up canceling my reservation and going with Avis who helped me very quickly and honored my hilton points.
