No real help or input aside from saying which isle things were on. I get it, but at the same time if a customer asks for recommendations and both times gets told no idea. You could at least ask the others or go that one extra step. Once again I get it not everywhere needs to be a full cater to the customer type place, but it definitely doesn’t leave you feeling like you were helped.

My husband is very knowledgeable about cars and was just planning to go in and get the battery we needed for the truck. James H. was incredibly kind and helped us the entire way. He was courteous and quick- tested the old battery, quickly got the new battery needed, and even helped change it out. If he is not the manager already, he needs to be!!
