  These guys always treat me right and take care of me. I have a commercial account and had a dead battery under warranty needing to be swapped today. Everybody was busy with other customers but they still made sure to get me in and out because I called beforehand. Excellent service.

  Second time going to this location, the same dude helped me both times and both times it felt like he did the bare minimum. No real help or input aside from saying which isle things were on. I get it, but at the same time if a customer asks for recommendations and both times gets told no idea. You could at least ask the others or go that one extra step. Once again I get it not everywhere needs to be a full cater to the customer type place, but it definitely doesn’t leave you feeling like you were helped.

  Jonathan Tested my battery, helped me find the right battery for my Jeep and even put it in for me… all with a smile! I excellent customer service!!! I’ll be back!

  Had a great experience today at AutoZone. Customer service from James H. was top notch. My husband is very knowledgeable about cars and was just planning to go in and get the battery we needed for the truck. James H. was incredibly kind and helped us the entire way. He was courteous and quick- tested the old battery, quickly got the new battery needed, and even helped change it out. If he is not the manager already, he needs to be!!
