I went to another location and was not helped, however this store’s manager, Nadine, happened to be there and she helped me get a new battery and put it in my car. None of the workers at the Greensprings location seem to want to help you. AutoZone is lucky to have a great example of a leader as their store manager! I will now be going to this location even if it is a longer distance from me because of the exemplary service. She is great at customer and auto service, and is so kind! Thank you so much Nadine!

I went to this location to get help with buying more motor oil. Females are treated differently at certain locations. The cashier wasn't helpful he looked him and leaning I had to ask him several times to help me. I bought two containers of motor oil and I went outside and poured one in and realized I didn't need the other I was on this property over a hour so it was about 5 minutes later I wanted to return the other container. The cashier told me he could not. I looked it up and saw that was false so I told him and I also told him he didn't give me a receipt he said he threw it away and refused to help me like I said I never left the property after I bought it I asked the manager for a refund and he had a attitude pretty much siding with his coworker. I was told his name was Michael by a female manager whom was leaving I asked Michael can he do the diagnostic test for me and he refused because I wanted my money back on the unused unopened motor oil he literally did not help me. I'm going to share this story with everyone. I have a witness who was recording. I am not a rude person I Will not tolerate being treated wrong nonetheless.
