  This was the worst experience of customer service, it's pouring rain our windshield wipers aren't working. The employees don't care, only one register is working so they're letting one customer at a time in. Policy states, they said, they can't help you in the rain, any question we ask they seem not to care or they don't know. So we were forced to use YouTube and Google for our answers but I don't know how this place has a high rating, they wouldn't even let us use the restroom.

  Terrible customer service sold me the wrong part went to another location and they made it right. Idk why but this location has terrible customer service and the guys lazy as hell. If you don’t want the job don’t show up!

  I went to another location and was not helped, however this store’s manager, Nadine, happened to be there and she helped me get a new battery and put it in my car. None of the workers at the Greensprings location seem to want to help you. AutoZone is lucky to have a great example of a leader as their store manager! I will now be going to this location even if it is a longer distance from me because of the exemplary service. She is great at customer and auto service, and is so kind! Thank you so much Nadine!
