The person who helped me, I believe he might have been an assistant manager, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind the entire time I was there. He got my order and without asking offered to install them on our car. The parts ordered ended up not fitting correctly, but he did not give up until he found a set that worked! It took about 4 or 5 tries, and this person was going around the whole store, talking to everyone in the store, people on the phone, and to his manager in the back without ever once making me feel like he forgot about me or forgetting his next step he needed to take for my car. The store is also very clean and organized, and everyone at the store was kind and helpful. We will definitely be back the next time we need to pick up some auto gear!
