When I arrived on site for a new battery and install Bray was quick to help me check out and installed the new battery. He was friendly and well knowledgeable. Service from these two was 5star and deserved to be acknowledged. I left with a new battery and no worries. Top notch employees and great representation of the company.

None of the employees even acknowledge you and they talk to each other the entire time acting like they don’t want to be there or help you. I will say, another manager of a different location happened to be in there and she helped me with everything including putting the new battery in. Her name is Nadine and she is from the 1545 Bessemer Road location. Take your business there because they will actually help you! Thank you so much to Nadine from that store.
