He wouldn’t listen to us at all about what we were saying was happening to our vehicle the past couple of weeks. And we felt unheard and taking it to another auto zone now to find some better help

Everybody was busy with other customers but they still made sure to get me in and out because I called beforehand. Excellent service.

No real help or input aside from saying which isle things were on. I get it, but at the same time if a customer asks for recommendations and both times gets told no idea. You could at least ask the others or go that one extra step. Once again I get it not everywhere needs to be a full cater to the customer type place, but it definitely doesn’t leave you feeling like you were helped.
