  Man, AutoZone in Birmingham deserves every star. The folks there actually love what they do ain’t no phony smiles or half-assed help. They know their stuff inside and out, from parts to tools, and they’ll get you sorted out quick. Helpful, friendly, and sharp as a tack—makes a trip there painless and even kinda fun. If you need auto parts, this is the place you want in your corner.

  These young guys need to learn how to treat their customers and stop being lazy.. It took everything for me to not snap on that young guy..I definitely won't be back here.. And he needs a drug test ASAP 3-19-26 @ 8:22PM

  Needed rack and pinion for my Ford F150 was able to get the part. Kaylon helped me out a lot great staffing . All the employees were trained very well. Now its one of the first place I will inquire for parts.

  I got my daughter’s windshield wipers replaced at the auto zone in roebuck and Mikel did a great job. He went above and beyond and made the experience quick and stress free. Thank you!
