  We all have reasons why we choose AutoZone, the return policy is horrible. This company do not like to give back refunds in cash ( YES, THEY CAN!) And they should. The way they have the system set it is horrible and if not successful you have to wait 24 hours then come back to the same store. Reading the receipt is horrible you buy something for $100 return it and get back $80 with taxes included. My advice if you have to buy multiple parts use cash and separate transactions (example: Back rotors and brakes pads on one receipt and Front rotors and brake pads on another reciept) for a easy return experence for you and the staff, some staff members make it very difficult for you to return an item then go blaming another coworker in front new customers. To Autozone, we need cash back because some customers use cash to pay shade tree mechanics for the work needed for the car and can't wait 3-5 business days. You need to change your cash back policy for the customer.
