He just watched me struggle for a whole 10 minutes while customers were waiting in line. He is just concerned about the payment. Terrible customer service from him, eventually got help from an older white man.

He answered my questions and we worked together over the phone to found out that this was the exact part I needed and I had it pulled up on my phone ready to go. I drove out to this AutoZone just to buy 2 cokes. He didn't ask make or model of my vehicle or the name of the part I was looking for but just asked me what it looked like and stated thatd be a big help. Parkway East location helped me find the part almost immediately.
