This particular tire had been given some attention by two other service entities in the last couple of couple of weeks due to a slow leak. At the funeral home, I used an emergency inflation device to put 30 pounds of pressure in the tire. By the time I arrived at exit 112 on interstate 20 my tire pressure has been reduced to 14 pounds. I pulled off at the exit because there were three service stations and I figured at least one of them would have a tire inflation station. Upon making the exit, I noticed a Mavis Tire location on the right at 1701 N. 19th St. in Bessemer. Even though it was Sunday afternoon at 4 PM the store was open and so I decided to go to that location. I had personal interactions with three different team members and the leader, Kyle W. went above and beyond to ensure that not only was my tire repaired to my satisfaction, but to ensure that I would not have additional needs with this tirein the future. I was so impressed by him and his leadership style and my interaction with the team members under his charge that I was compelled to write this narrative showing my appreciation for his outstanding service. I am confident this store will continue to be a very successful location for Mavis because of Kyle W. and his leadership!
