Immediately after the brakes were done, my car started making a loud noise from the rear tire. When I returned, the manager Greg repeatedly lied and blamed random items inside my car (a drink can, a tool in my trunk, leaves, a missing jack) instead of inspecting the brakes. He falsely claimed the brakes were inspected — they were not. The tire was never removed. He didn’t want to ride with me to hear the noise and refused to take responsibility. This was clearly negligent brake work followed by a cover-up. This is a safety issue. I would not trust this store with any repair.

From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and straight-up honest about what I needed. Greg explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t make me feel pressured at all. The service was quick, the pricing was fair, and my car drives smoother than it has in a long time. You can tell they know what they’re doing and actually care about their customers. If you need tires or any kind of service, definitely check out the Bessemer Mavis and ask for Greg—he’s the real MVP. I’ll for sure be back.
