As I was pulling out, one of the guys noticed, my air was a little low it had to be loop Back through and topped all the tires off. Great service and very friendly and fast.

When I dropped the car off, I spoke with Nate and clearly explained that he could go ahead with the oil change, but I wanted an estimate first for the other repairs. Later, I got a call saying my car was ready — but no one had given me an estimate before the work was done. When I asked for the cost, I was told it would be about $650, which seemed high. Because I was told that the car was “ready,” I assumed that everything was done. As I asked more questions about the cost, I found out they had already done work without my approval, yet the horn still wasn’t fixed. Feeling uneasy about the explanation, I decided to pick up my car without allowing them to do the horn repair. When I picked up my car, I discovered that the steering wheel controls, which were working perfectly when I dropped the car off, no longer worked. I immediately called back to speak with Nate and then the store manager, Donald. Both insisted that even though my steering controls stopped working while in their care, it had nothing to do with them. To make things worse, the estimate they gave me later increased by more than $100. It’s frustrating and disappointing to deal with this kind of unprofessional and dishonest service. It’s unfortunate that businesses like this continue to operate in our community without taking accountability for their actions.
