I have witnessed this manager’s openly dismissive, paranoid, passive aggressive, rude and micromanaging behavior toward both staff and customers.This type of attitude creates a hostile atmosphere that is impossible to ignore. Leadership should prioritize accountability and strong customer service but instead, here, it reflects poor judgment and a lack of professionalism and that kind of environment create low morale, drive customers away and can create serious liability for a company. Extreme mental health issues paired with rudeness and Napoleonist syndrome is a horrible (and detrimental) combination for a management role. Corporate leadership needs to step in before these actions escalates further. If you want to interact with good people with great service, go to the Tuscaloosa, Airport or Hoover locations. That is where all the good ones are. BTW, there’s no way these recent “good” reviews are authentic. .
