Recently I bought a battery that died within 2 months and they refused to warranty it. They don't care if you're a loyal customer for years, if they can screw you for $100 they're going to. I'll order online or go to Autozone from now on.

I was on the phone for an hour the other day and yesterday just trying to get apart to see if they had it before, I drove all the way up there And they just kept sending me to hold and never answered
- JTJeremy TysonNov 27, 20251.0Earlier in the day I was out with my grandson and my wife and saw that my wife’s car was out of oil and came to this location near the pig and was not greeted nicely by a lady named Nicole. We needed 6 quarts of 5-20 oil; we found 6 1-quart bottles of the oil we were looking for, but we didn’t see the 5-quart bottle. We came to the counter, and she asked us and said with an attitude, “Y’all didn’t see the 5-quart bottles?” And we did not see where they were, so we asked if she could take us there. She got an attitude and proceeded to snatch the bottle of oil out of my hand and walked off to the oil wall with an attitude. I and my family meant no harm, and I was pretty disgusted with the way she acted. We proceeded to check and left. I will not be walking into that store again if I’m getting treated like that again.
