- DBDarlia J BuxtonNov 8, 20252.0Pretty disappointed 😞 my pickup has running boards and they NEVER have the attendants run the brush over them before I enter and I come out and they look terrible along with the front and back end. So frustrating to pay $20 for a wash and you actually need to go through a 2nd time because it's not clean. I work in the country, my truck gets muddy, dusty, dirty and I do have an expectation that they will at least try to make an attempt to help get my vehicle clean...but sadly that is not the case here. If they were really busy and backed up I could probably understand not putting out any extra effort but when they aren't busy, let me put my truck in park and have them take a few minutes to brush around the truck would have been some pretty amazing customer service, but not here, unfortunately they take no pride in the service being provided 🙁
