  Robby and Javontae were the best! Came in with a flat, even though they don’t have the tires I needed they were able to help with ordering one with them. The turn around time for ordering tires way faster than I thought. These gentlemen are exceptional and needs a pay raise for how good they are!!

  The guys at mavis on college are awesome. Went in yesterday for a spur of the moment tire patch and they got me in and out in a jiffy! Very fast, nice, and work was satisfactory. My go to 👍🏼. Gentleman at the desk was very helpful and polite.

  I have had three separate terrible experiences here. The former manager Noah lied to me twice, once after they broke a tire sensor, and another when they said they would fix my car with outside parts, then refused once we brought the part. I bought four brand new tires from this location and woke up the next morning with two flat tires and had to have it towed where the assistant manager confirmed the manager had lied to me. Today, I was told that I wouldn’t be charged for a tire rotation if I left a review and proved that I did. I bought my current four tires from there so it should have been free anyways. The tech looked shocked when I told him it should have been covered. As a young woman being treated like I don’t know anything about my car, it’s incredibly offensive. I will not be back.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires in Auburn, AL. The staff was friendly, professional, and got me taken care of quickly without any hassle. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to push unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the pricing was fair. I’ll definitely be coming back for future tire and maintenance needs. Highly recommend!

  As an aviation mechanic (jet engines & helicopters), I don’t necessarily want to come home and work on my own vehicle—so finding someone I truly trust is a big deal. Robby talked to me and worked on my car with a level of professionalism and attention to detail I’d normally only expect in the aviation industry. He was punctual, professional, and delivered top-quality work. Heavily recommend him and his team!
