  I just want to give a shout out to the Auburn store manager, Sage. She went above and beyond to help us with getting our rental covered after an accident. It was busy in the office that day; but she took the time to walk us through everything and was so kind during an already stressful situation. 10/10!!

  The General Manager (Ms. Sage) and her Staff were excellent. I waited less than 5 minutes when picking up my vechicle. This was the best experience I had ever had with a car rental facility. My recent bad experience with Hertz Car Rental caused me to try Enterprise again. I am so very pleased with the professionalism and oustanding customer service that was provided. Hats off to Ms. Sage. Thanks for a great experience.

  I had such a wonderful experience with Enterprise! The staff are so nice and professional. They made sure I got the rental I needed while my car was in the shop. If I need to rent a car again locally, this is definitely where I will go!

  Everyone at this Enterprise is super nice and professional. I had some car trouble recently, and they shuttled me to and from the mechanic. The location is very busy, so there's usually a bit of a wait, but the manager and her associates are always doing their best to get things done in a timely fashion.

  I rented an SUV to pick up in Columbus GA and when we got there on the day of pickup - they didn’t have anything available. Nothing. Not even a small compact. So I immediately called the Auburn AL location and they said they had plenty of vehicles. They were about to close so told me to come the following morning to pick it up. Said they could easily transfer the reservation to their location. So got to Auburn when they opened and of course there was no reservation. Nothing in the system. So I had to make a new reservation. The place was packed. People everywhere. Phones ringing off the hook. It was crazy in there. Meanwhile, the lady behind the counter was so pleasant and soft spoken and calming. She smiled while helping everyone. The chaos didn’t phase her. She was just focused on getting the customers taken care of. As we were leaving, I asked her name. Her name is Sage. Outstanding employee. And the guy that walked us to the car was Lane. Same super friendly demeanor unphased by the chaos and just making things happen. Great employee also! Those two made the experience pleasant.
