We were in the area, called, swang through, and they helped us immediately-all on a Saturday at 4:15. (And they close at 5!) Noah is a well mannered, knowledgeable, and kind young man. I highly recommend this place!

After the service, my vehicle later displayed an electrical problem related to the braking system. I was told by your staff that nothing related to that system had been touched. Due to the ongoing issue, I took the vehicle to another technician for inspection. During that review, it was discovered that when the brake pads were replaced, your team failed to reinstall the screws that secure the motor which activates the parking brake on the rear driver-side wheel. The motor was found hanging loose because those screws had not been put back in. This is not only unacceptable but also a significant safety hazard that could have resulted in brake failure or an accident.

They got me in and out quickly, fixed the tire with a new spare, and made sure everything was safe and ready to go. Super fast, reliable, and professional. - BVBrian ViaNov 8, 20255.0They went out of their way to help order a retired part to get a turn light working. The part was retired because Nissan no longer makes Xterra's. This was a simple fix but other companies would not fix it because they said the wiring/connector part was not available and that I had to goto the dealer. The dealer wanted to hold me hostage and sell me a new bumper as a prerequisite to fixing the light. Mavis got around this by calling another parts company and drove there to get it and fixed it themselves. I really appreciate it.
