We had multiple delays in the repair work but not given any update as to why, just an automated text sharing a new completion date. After multiple delays I had to contact this location to find out why the delays. For a family that was having to share cars during this time frame, it was already a huge inconvenience, but then to not be given appropriate updates was just not acceptable, especially for repairs from an accident that wasn’t your fault. I would not recommend this location although we’ve had amazing service at the Montgomery location.
