I only went to this car wash one single time in October 2024 and never returned after that, yet the monthly charges continued anyway. When I finally noticed the withdrawals from my account, I called the business to get it resolved. The employee told me I would have to come in person to fix the issue and then hung up on me before I could ask any questions. No explanation, no assistance, and no professionalism. Taking money from someone’s account for over a year when they never used the service, then refusing to help over the phone, is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. Please check your bank statements carefully if you’ve ever been here.
