Having a faulty oil pan from a previous oil change place, Express Oil Change in Auburn made it their mission to make sure my oil pan was properly installed. I was also having oil leaking problems from the faulty oil pan and they were consistent with allowing me to come back multiple times in a week to have my oil filled while we waiting on a new oil pan to be delivered. They informed me of what was happening and how they were going to fix it through the whole process, great at communicating!! BJ was the technician helping me every step of the way! He truly cared about my concerns and made it his responsibility to do anything he could to help!! Amazing!
