  We booked a 6-seater SUV two weeks before our trip. However, when we arrived, they told us they didn’t have any 6-seater available and asked us to take a smaller vehicle instead. They also said they wouldn’t be able to provide the car we booked until the next day, which made us question the point of booking in advance. After some argument, they eventually gave us the 6-seater. If they had one available, it’s unclear why they were reluctant in the first place. Overall, it was a surprising and extremely disappointing experience at the Auburn location

  Disappointed with my rental this time. Had used Enterprise many years back while resident in US and has been my go to rental. Booked a minivan months ago. However, when I came to collect the car I was told there were none available. They said they had tried to call and didn’t get a response and let the car go. I was given the option of a seventeen seater or take another car with only 5 seater capacity. Had planned outing as a family of 6 although we could make do with a 5 seater. I think they should have confirmed that I didn’t want the car instead of just accepting a lack of reply / unreachable as being ok to let the car go. Has never had this happen. Disappointing

  Enterprise’s customer service is terrible. I would not recommend working with them. My vehicle was not ready at my reserved time, and I had to wait over an hour. Then, the attendant tried to give me a vehicle smaller than what I’d reserved, and even said “you just have to take what we give you.” I was not satisfied with that, and had to speak to a manager and demonstrate that I’d reserved a mid-sized vehicle, for a work trip, so I needed that size. After several minutes of back-and-forth, they finally gave me a vehicle in the class I had reserved.

  The folks at the Opelika, Alabama location are simply the best staff out there. Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable.

  These folks are wonderful. Sage runs the place and sets the expectation of customer satisfaction. You can really tell. The employees seem happy working there. And they did a great job taking care of me. I told them I would give them a good review because they truly deserve it. They work hard and care about our experience. Courtland and Zeylin were also very helpful and personable. Thank you guys.
