Enterprise employee instructed me where to park my vehicle. Upon returning my vehicle was not there. Enterprise said it had been towed and refused to pay the nearly $200 fee to retrieve my vehicle. Terrible experience. Do not use Enterprise.
I had a great experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The manager was especially knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the rental process, coverage options, and policies in a way that was easy to understand. I truly appreciated the patience and transparency.
The team worked very well together, which made the entire process smooth and efficient. There was no long wait, and everything was handled in an organized manner. The vehicle I received was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable to drive. It looked and felt almost brand new.
Overall, I did not experience any issues during my rental period, and the return process was just as quick and seamless. I would absolutely rent from this location again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and professional car rental service.
This is the second time I’ve made a reservation with this rental car branch, received a confirmation number, and then 15–30 minutes later gotten a call saying they don’t actually have a car available. As a Gold member, I expect reservations and confirmations to mean something. The system allows you to complete the booking, confirms everything, and then the branch calls to cancel because there’s no inventory. That’s extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
A reservation should guarantee availability, not create uncertainty and wasted time for customers who are relying on transportation. This shows a serious lack of coordination and commitment to customer service. Unfortunately, based on these repeated experiences, I have to give this branch zero stars.

I had a very bad experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Throughout my rental, large amounts of money were repeatedly taken out of my account — not small authorizations, but significant charges. When I asked about them, no one could clearly explain why the money was being taken or provide proper receipts.
I am a mom of four small children, and having large, unexplained amounts of money removed from my account caused serious stress and hardship. When I returned the car, it was full of gas and in perfect condition. The employee who checked it in told me there were no problems at all.
Despite this, the very next morning — the day after I returned the rental — I woke up to see another $193.48 taken from my account, separate from my refundable deposit. Once again, there was no explanation and no receipt provided.
This lack of transparency is unacceptable. A company like Enterprise should be able to clearly explain every charge. I will not be using Enterprise again and strongly recommend others closely monitor their bank accounts if they rent here

Extremely poor and unsafe experience with your rental location.
I was provided a rental vehicle that did not have a functioning horn, which is a serious safety defect. I was not made aware of this issue at pickup. Hours into my trip, another driver nearly ran my children and me off the road, and it was at that moment I discovered the horn did not work. This placed my family in immediate danger.
Due to this unsafe condition, I was forced to stop my trip and rent a hotel overnight until the nearest Enterprise location could swap the vehicle. That location confirmed the car was unsafe to drive.
The branch manager, Dallas Heath, acknowledged the issue and promised a credit for the rental due to the circumstances. Despite this assurance, I have received no response to my multiple follow-up emails. To make matters worse, over a month later my card was charged for the full rental amount, with no credit applied.
