There was a group of guys in her line that looked indecisive and seemed to be there wasting her time but that didn’t stop her from getting me through the line quick so I can get the Serpentine belt I needed. I was temporarily Bypassing my AC compressor that seized up on the road and I wasn’t certain which Serpentine belt I need . The employee directed me in the right direction to get the right belt I needed. This is the kind of Customer Service that I like ,having the store move like a assembly line and not allowing customers To hold up their line. I commend the employee for her service today but unfortunately I forgot to get her name so I’m only able to provide a description of her. This AutoZone is my number one place For quality parts and good customer service .

I told her to go there and have the battery tested anticipating it would need to be replaced. I do not have the name of the employee but because it was raining the employee on duty (a male) told her he couldn't help and she'd have to come back another day. I understand a brief wait is possibly due to weather but to send a young girl with car problems on her way due to rain is just NOT acceptable customer service.
